Controlling Yeast while taking Meds to kill Parasites

Curious what other do to keep yeast down while on anti parasite meds. I have a history of taking Diatomaceous Earth but recently cut it out, due to ICU's recommendation. Everytime I've quit DE for longer than a week the yeast symptoms return... as in my hands dry out and I start getting little cuts, painful rashes between my fingers. I just want to start DE again. I don't know any other solution (I take 2 probiotics a day, has little effect).
