Re: Need help to IDENTIFY

Thanks so much Stephanie! I am saddened that my house/attic/belongings are likely more contaminated than I thought! I can afford the special light, but not the air purifier. Living off crazy low soc sec retirement right now, unable to leave the premises or the place would be far more vandalized than is already happening. Am a prisoner in a (contaminated) house.

It's really good to hear information from your own experience about these contaminants! Such as the objects they like. Where do you get the iiodine (in bulk???) and how do you use it? Does alcohol also kill it??

It can live in a very cold (2 settings above average) refrigerator. It even colonized boric acid powder I placed a little of on some shelves in frige! The colonized B.A powder was unable to do anything, it traveled several inches then did nothing.

I found the yellow things (that crumble if dry) in the freezer living under the white plastic accordian gasket that seals the door when closed!! I had the freezer set 2 notches colder than needed--it was COLD! When those yellow things crumble any speck of it can grow into a parasirte under the right circumstances. Do you know what this yellow stuff is?? There is a photo of it on a recent post. A lab didn't know what it was. It loves my iron skillet. When I use my skillet on stovetop, there will be contamination already in the food a tiny bit. An hour later the rims of the pan have tiny pieces of whatever I cooked lined up and standing tall. I left my meal of plain yogurt with molasses out by mistake for an hour, it was contaminated I had to throw it out. I'm wondering if it's the iron in the cast iron skillet?? I'm looking for my stainless steel ones--packed. And molasses has iron too. What do you cook with.

Would so appreciate knowing what work-arounds you've found so far. Also how to use the Iodine on things that glow? Spray bottle? My best friend was a chemist, he passed, I think of him all time and SO wish I could discuss this with him. He LOVED challenges, and would have put 200% of himself into finding how to defeat it. :( He got so energized when he had a challenge. Boy would he have loved this challenge. Hard to believe that it penetrates china! Wood? Linens? Any way to kill it in linens? Does high heat kill it?

IS IT SMART DUST THAT IS THE COLONIZER / INVADER? Or that yellow weird parasite? It got under the trim on the stove, looked like grease had settled in there, but ammonia didn't dissolve it--that threw me. Grease and dirt were bad enough before outsmarting humans! Beam me up, please. Thanks for being willing to address this with me. Been asking on my posts about smart dust....silence. Do you know who I can speak with on smart dust??

THANKS Stephanie!!! So appreciate what you share. Seems like the paint would have to contain the killer of them, Iodine based paint?? Won't be able to get an air purifier unless the house sells. One other purifier was mentioned that I want to look into.
