Re: What am I doing wrong?

Sort the gut out and then vagina will clear up by itself.

Unfortunately if it's in the colon, the best way is to take the nystatin by enema unfortunately.

For the next enema use water with probiotic capsules opened and mixed in to replace the dead yeast.

I wouldn't bother with the natural antifungals by mouth, by the time it gets through to your colon/bottom of colon it will be absorbed/unaffective. This is why it's not working.

Have you actually had a stool test to show yeast in colon by the way?

Also, you're immune system is down. Drink green tea which will boost bifido and lactobacill in colon.
Take milk thistle and broccomax to support liver.
Drink Kefir (might be rough for first two weeks)
Take vitamin C, see how you feel with this. If you feel good taking it. Try and take 2 grams a day.

That's it.

The colon is basically supposed to eat vegetables and absorb a bit more water and that is it!! Candida overgrowth is typically due to Antibiotic use or carb or some maldigestion which means food is getting to colon and then the yeast eat it and overgrow.

The only food which is likely to help is some garlic/onion because they will boost friendly bacteria and they might destroy some of the Candida but not a lot. On the other hand if it is in your small intestines this will help a lot!

Stop everything your doing and just do the following: assuming you have confirmed Candida in colon of course:

- Nystatin enema
- Probiotic enema
- Broccomax and milk thistle to support liver
- Green tea to detox and support good bacteria
- Kefir 250ml/500ml a day
- vitamin c (might help)
- Garlic/Onion - might help a bit, mainly to support good bacteria though.
- Obviously avoid Sugar specifically soda.

If you definitely have Candida in the colon and you do the above, you will feel much better in 1 month.

The antifungal pills/supplements from naturopaths websites are not as good as they claim. At the end of the day, your immune system and natural bacteria should keep these things in check.

If you haven't done a comprehensive stool test then you are just speculating and wasting your time.
