I have taken my temp in the morning, it used to be around 94.7 to 95 and finally got it back up after using Iodine to around 96/97 but have not taken my temp in awhile, maybe I should.
You said more carbs, what kind of carbs?
Illness, I know I had parasites and have done cleanses to rid them and had severe fatigue until I got rid of them. Have been to a holistic DR. that did say my liver was clogged, that was about a year go, have done several Liver Flushes to remove the stones. I guess I should be doing more of those but they are just some invasive and can be so nauseating. My body also doesn't make much estrogen, in the past I could lose weight, it took me a little longer, but I could do it.

Diet mainly consists of salads, olives, romaine, chicken, small amounts of fruit ... the occasional vegan pizza with gluten free crust (this is rare) , lately I have eaten some pasta, but that is not something I eat normally, I have stayed away from that for a long time, rarely do I eat it. Dairy is nothing I have ever liked, not saying it's 100% out, but it's not something I intentionally seek after, but do give myself free days to eat normally. I eat tuna, sushi ...
But I do agree with you, if I have to jump through so many diet hoops, there is something else going on, plus a person's gotta live a little!
It seems as no matter what I eat, I stay the exact same weight, between 168-170.
I probably eat 1200 to 1300 calories a day.
I do notice I can swell easily if I eat the wrong kind of salt. I use Celtic Sea Salt only, unless I go out to eat.
How do you know if your adrenals are fried?
Took a test, said I am a mix, Kapha and Pitta. I will take a another test to test it's trueness.
Do not know how to calculate macros.
I do notice that when I fast and when I do eat, I get extremely tired. I started fasting because one, I have heard it's less work on the liver, two, because it's biblical to fast and I take that it's a form of healing.
Supplements, I have taken milk thistle, chanca piedra, potassium, iodine, bladderwrack, selenium, magnesium, niacin, vit C ... I quit taking these for awhile and started back up recently.
