Biofilm treatment - problems

So i have been trying to do a biofilm protocol for the past 2 weeks and have been rotating BioFilm Defense, Candex and Candisol enzymes and also including Serrapeptase. The recommended dosage is 2 caps am and 2 caps PM. The problem is even 1/2 a cap daily feels like its causing some upper GI distress (i.e. minor reflux, burping) for me. The concentration of enzymes is pretty high so i feel it may be irritating my upper GI mucosa but I also read these enzymes are "antimuscarinic" and can relax the LES muscle on the esophagus.

So i am taking a break for a few days but I feel I need to definitely address the biofilms if i am to successfully treat my parasites and Candida. Do you have any recommendations? I was considering using DGL, marshmallow root in combo with the enzymes but i read its not good to use these since they can protect the organisms and creat additional layers of mucus. Any thoughts would be very much appreciated.
