All fresh natural, cold pressed oils and fats are healthy for some people!


Good healthy fats and oils come from:

- fresh fish (eat some fresh fish several times a week)
- olive oil EVOO
- all nuts like almonds and walnuts and brazil nuts and coconuts
- flax seed oil cold pressed (good with cottage cheese )
- hemp seed oil cold pressed
- grass fed animals
- cold pressed sunflower
- cold pressed corn oil
- cold pressed sesame oil
- organic eggs contain healthy fats
- raw milk contains healthy fats
- virgin coconut oil is healthy

Not all foods and not all fats are good for all people ....

Check the Blood Type Diet lists , if you know your blood type .

All fresh natural oils and fats are healthy for some people!
