Flukes under the scalp and skin of hands,

Hi. I am fighting a parasite infection... tried a lot of different remedies. Now Black-Walnut ,wormwood, clove tincture, DE, garlic, etc.. never long enough on any evidently. Recently tried drugs... whoa... gave me a good picture of the terrain but really hurt. I appear to have flukes under my skin in my hands and I think I have them under my scalp and on my liver. A small dose of prazi made them rise up like bruises, but I paniced and didn't take more. Not sure what to do now. I am also infested with tapeworms, ascaris, pinworms, a clear threadworm- that bores through my skin? strongyloide?, and I've seen hookworms. Really want to do a full on herbal cleanse, but no idea if that will touch the flukes under my skin. My hands have these strange little parallel cuts in them.. traveling larvae? no idea.

My idea right now is to try calling a naturopath for a consult. Also interested in realfoodrebel.com's herbal remedy and the Wahls paleo diet she recommends. Anyone have any experience with these or have a similar infection?

I am also trying to get in to an infectious disease doctor (oh by the way, did get a positive stool test for d. fragils.. just to add to my list of troubles, no positive on the ones I've actually seen). dr. wants me to take the meds for it, but I want to see what infectious disease says about my other infections first.
