Re: Hairloss started while taking Iodoral
Detox, contaminated cells are dying because the increased
Iodine allows apoptosis to happen (old or unhealthy cells to die).
Make sure you are matching your nutrient intake to your
Iodine intake so that the new cells have a chance to match up the rate of cell death.
Omega 3 fats to match your intake of selenium is really important (I'd highly reccommend a spicy olive oil!)
Meat intake is important
B1 (thiamine) can play a role since you've had hypothyroidism- it's a link in the selenium-zinc combo.
I reccommend soft-bristle brushing over the whole body (lymphatic drainage technique) - hair follicles usually don't act up unless they are drowning in cell poop, so massage/dry brushing a few times a day can really help relieve the backup issues. If you're not familiar with dry brushing, it's where you take brush that feels good on your hair and run it all over the skin, from the extremeties towards the liver. Very nice ritual before and after bed. ;-)
Hairloss has improved for me since starting
Iodine and finishing
Amalgam removal, but it is a slow process.
Cheers on your journey!
