Re: Does intermittent fasting help candida??

Intermittent fasting gives a relief to an overworked liver allowing it to take control over the cleansing of the body.

Generally speaking, we do not drink enough, and since the liver is in charge of BOTH digestion AND cleansing and, since people suffering from candida usually suffer from poor digestion. Yes it can be helpful. When I have tried it I have seen a huge difference.

You MUST eat very well in between to avoid vitamin deficiency - many many veggies.
