I try to avoid sugary and junk foods and eat healthily. Sometimes my will power fails me :(
I tend to have a papaya & veg smoothie in the morning and one or two vegetable heavy meals. Mackeral, Salmon, Tuna, salads, or chicken, rice (brown), and veg. I almost always have raw garlic and cilantro, and sauerkraut with each meal to kill candida, chelate heavy metals, and maintain gut flora respectively.
Your diet sounds healthier than mine so I doubt I can offer much advice in that department.
