hi folks.....im lookin into a high mineral diet...I currently take a few things non mineral related like
vitamin c powder
magnesium & trace mineral liquid complex
what is the best way to get my other electrolytes based on my research it seems I need to get into "raw milk"....and dump the regular milk as ive heard how bad it is....and how beneficial the raw milk can be....that would be my calcium source right?
and for potassium the easiest way here seems to be avocados correct? eat a few a day as each has about 700 mg in each one but dr axe site says 1000mg in 1...idk which is true that and sweet potatoe seem to be the choice
