That is me alright. I have the tendency not to attend the forum unless candida flares up and, recently, I have been away on diving trip, eating in restaurants and now here I am again.

You were also ritght about depring candida from its food - hence causing die-off hence itchy flare ups. But my take of this is that when all minerals are balanced, the die-off symptoms are not that drastic.
