Hi Loster,
Sounds like we three are spinning our wheels...sometimes getting out for a bit, but then sliding back. There is something fundamental that we are missing but if I knew what it was...well then I wouldn't be here. Yes, it might be constructive to share our various experiences more and try out different approaches...I'm up for a more active discussion...just let me know when and where.
