Start of Day 4 and I feel...

WONDERFUL :) I have done the Master-Cleanse once before and made it 12 days... that time it was just HORRIBLE, i was hungry all the time, and just couldnt stand it... This time around, its already day 4, and I havent been hungry AT ALL, no stomach growls, no tempation to eat, nothing!

It does have me alittle worried since I'm not mildly "suffering" *smiles* and also, i'm faulting, I havent done a SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) yet on this one, because its just unbearable, i remember on the first Master-Cleanse the salt water was so easy to do, then about day 3, i was struggling just to get myself to swallow the 1st gulp!...but I did do an enema today. I know I need to do these everyday, i'm just trying to get myself in the right mind frame to do the enemas or drink the SW. After Day 3, i'm down about 9lbs, so thats a plus, and my detox symptoms are minimal, a slight headache at night, and i get a little cold when i go to bed.

This time around seems so easy, and i'm totally excited about going 10+ days. I want to ultimately go 21. Also taking the caps like Somer suggested was a wonderful way to go...its worked wonders! I wonder if i'll be so happy come day 6 or 7 :-P
