Re: Please help identify what kind of parasite is this?

Hey- both you guys are the best for replying. The worm thing is a situation where there are so few people in "real life", even health professionals let alone friends, that actually can give you support and say, "yes that's real! and this is a good idea, this is a bad idea, etc."

I mean, it's definitely a worm right? I'm not imagining intestinal parasites. Jesus, doctors can make you doubt your own sanity.

So here's what I started to do a few days ago, and yes I will keep doing it:
- restarted Systemic Formulas VRM 3 and 4 (right now at 1 pill each but might go to 2 pills each.. they have most of the Hulda Clark ingredients)
- if I don't have a bowel movement every day, do a colonic with water and essential oils including clove

This guy must have been attached to the side of my colon because he came out on the side of the "snake" when I had the bowel movement.

The worm thing started almost a year ago directly after the trip, but it seemed to subside going on a dose of the VRMs and I went off the VRMs. Then it seemed like the worms came back after eating a bit too much Sugar and carbs (sigh..). My health is quite good, but I can tell when the worms grow, because I have gas and constipation.

But, maybe I am entirely wrong. I just looked at this website-- -- and it shows things that look like just what I have but says they are not real parasites. So confusing. I'll try the eucaluptus and lemon juice enemas though.
