If you are not having a bowel movement every day, you are constipated. Please use means other than enemas or colonics to move your bowels. Some people have become dependent on the enemas or colonics and you don't want that. Add 1 tbsp of freshly ground flaxseed to your morning cereal. Vastly increase the amount of fiber in your diet by eating many more vegetables and fruit. Add lots of water and eliminate caffeine and alcohol. Aim to have a natural bowel movement 2 to 3 times a day.
It is also possible that what you are excreting is waste that has stagnated in your bowel. There are mixed opinions on this.
