Thanks for all the great info! My poor deprived kids ;-) never get sodas of any kind, rarely get anything but water & sometimes 100% juice. Candy is a very special treat around here and ice cream & other desserts are reserved for special occasions. I use very little prepackaged foods, but we do keep chips around sometimes & hotdogs for an easy meal.
I eliminated wheat from his diet for about 6 weeks recently and unfortunatly didn't see much of a change. I had tried corn also, but after seeing no change after 2 weeks gave up. I have not tried to eliminate milk products yet, I really rely WAY too much on cheese. But I am considering going raw if I can find a local source. Maybe I'll get the courage up to eliminate it altogether. And I will try to add more omega-3s.
