first off..i am SOOO happy i found this site...its so supportive and motivational!
This will be my first time doing the MC. I am doing it for both detox and weight loss purposes. Do you think it would be ok for me to exercise (ie. swimming, walking) 1 hour each day while doing the MC?
I plan on doing the Master-Cleanse for 21 days. I want to do the exercise to enhance weight loss , but im scared it might be too much, since its my first time doing it..i dont know how my body will react.
Any suggestions, tips are welcome for this newbie :D
