Anyone buy Nystatin from Fludan? need help measuring


I bought a bottle of 100MU Nystatin from Fludan. It says the dose is 6426 IU/mg. my doc wants me to start off with 500,000 IU and work my way up to 1 million IU's. whats the best way to dose this out? thanks
