pH can be increased using algae, Bob's Red Mill baking soda(no aluminum) pinch to a teaspoon in distilled water, soda crackers, charcoal 500mg bedtime, lemon juice AM in distilled water, MSM powder in distilled water, Alkala powder in distilled water, Alkaline vegetable choice, and of course killing parasites that generate acid.

Limit meat to 3 ounces per day. Peanut or nuts are good sources of protein.

I usually suggest one egg per day AM, scrambled with cheese.

Probiotics and yogurt are lifelong generators of lipid oils. Balance of Acidophilus and Bifido are required.

I used a lot of Spirulina in Greek yogurt, I increased body alkaline minerals magnesium citrate 133mg/D, magnesium sulfate 1030mg Dr Clark or 100mg Amazon Cap, Potassium citrate 99mg or banana, and introduced trace metals.

I measure pH tongue first thing morning, pH tape to bottom of tongue, measure every morning for a week.

pH indicates the status of the enzyme system.

Get the pH above 6.5 enables treatment of parasitic worms.

Biofilms, bacteria or yeast infections, make it hard to kill parasites. Clear these infections that weaken the immune system first.

Then challenge and clear flat worms, white worms, and finally redworms.

Some have issues with protozoa, that also have to be addressed.

Fresh crushed garlic is a great source of sulfur.

Xanthoparmelia Scabrosa 12:1 powder helps remove nitrogen acids from body.

Beta Glucan helps the GI balance Interleukin 2.

Butter, Cream, Orange Juice, and a spectrum of natural oils and citric acid s help improve lipids.

Amino acids should be used to reduce nitrogen first L Carnitine, and if liver issues address with antioxidants and L Taurine.

Tiny amount of Choline may be needed to keep liver working.

DE clay capsules also help some. Small amount usually helps GI tract.

After startup pH is higher, then go for deep cleaning using trace minerals.
