dont use shampoos (just water)

Having very fine straight hair I have to use something, but just a drop or two about the size and thinness of a dime. I take time to get it throughly into my hair, but still see it on my pillow cover in a night or two. so I use a soap/shampoo made with organic oils. I don't see how just water would get out just the stuff you would pick up in just the environment.

Is 100mg a good dose to go to?

I couldn't tell you.

My Iodine consumption is based on what works for me. If it doesn't, I can always tweak the dosage.

12 drops of 5% lugols ever 2 or 3 days in 8 Oz of water. The way I can tell If should dose is I get congested with mucus & have extra ear wax.

I can't believe I'm a carbon copy of of the rest, so this seems to work for me. There' a lot of opinions out there, I hope they work all right for them.
