I experienced the same. Testicular pain after Borax. But the calcium powder deposits were most likely from the distilled water I started to drink. At the beginning it was much but now I don't see it often (probably an indicator when you drink mineral water when you don't have access to your distilled water).

Also since I started Borax again I noticed a strong and consistent urine flow when before it felt like blocked and not complete at the end. Tweet
