How often do you eat pizza ?
Is that pizza something you make yourself from scratch, in your own kitchen, or is that some industrial garbage where you have no idea what ingredients it contains and where do those ingredients come from, and how were those ingredients processed?
Margarine and hydrogenated fats should not be part of your diet.... industrial pzza contains it .
There is a huge difference between home made pizza where you know all ingredients as you made it from scratch, and the industrial garbage loaded with preservatives , cheap and bad ingredients .
Just listen to your own body. It will tell you what you can , and what you should not be eating .....
