Problem

Hi, to anyone. I attempted to purchase from an online store, Ritalin and after 2 months I saw VIA tracking the package was sent from Pakistan and held up on US customs. Months later I received a letter requesting I sign off on taking receipt and they would destroy. The even listed the med. It was not what I ordered. In the meantime I tried another store and I'm quite scared because this time the package cleared customs and has been in Iowa since 9/13/17. But tracking says it's "in transit." I'm scared because the letter from customs said that next time I could be fined or charged with a crime!! When I didn't receive first order, I ordered second time and in that process I got letter. The 2nd online pharmacy said it was already shipped. It was!

Does anyone know what might be happening and why USPS tracking has not given any updates since 9/13 in Iowa and still says in transit?
