This is not a It. It is a Them. What you have is a cluster f#.
Flukes in different age stages. They have 2 mouths and 1 sexual organ. They are always having sex, planning on sex, waiting in line for sex. They will latch onto each other waiting. I have never seen such a blob of them at one time stuck to each other.
I have expelled them in groups but not like this.
Whatever you are using to expel still allows a protective coating on them and there looks to be a protozoa and or ropeworm in the middle.
