Hello everyone. I am a new writer to this forum, but have followed for quite some time on my previous fasts. I am on day 24 of a complete water faste ( my third, longterm), and have around days 3-6 also had severe lower back pain, glutes intensely burning all the way down to the feet. No one yet, that I have seen has mentioned PEPPERMINT OIL! And I am quite surprised! I learned 2 ways to use it, through this difficult part of the fast:
1. Rub pure Pep Oil directly into the sore muscle for INSTANT soothing. The more thoroughly rubbed in, the better ( a fun treat also for any couple! Ha!)
2. Generously shake pure Peppermint oil into your Epsom Salts bath, and feel the wonderful combination of the warmth of the water, and the cooling Peppermint all over the covered areas. Truly delightful when you hurt so badly!
Not trying to sell a product. Just found this to be a delightful relief during this stage of the fast. And haven't heard anyone else mention it....
