Parasites and Regenerative Medicine, Stem Cell Injections?

While I am working on eliminating my parasites, I also need to address a hole in the chondramelacia cartilage in my knee. I am looking into getting regenerative injections for it. PRP and stem cells from my own bone marrow have come up, however one of my doctors said I should not use my own blood or my own marrow stem cells because of the chance it might concentrate parasites into the knee. I read a scholarly article about someone who died after getting their own marrow stem cells injected, as the person had parasites. Other non-self options would be amniotic stems cells or cord stem cells, which would cost a lot more. Anyone have any knowledge on this topic?? Thx ; )
