The diet is great - good job!
High fat is not a good idea for the time being.
high protein and green is fine.
1st massage you liver 2 or 3 time a day
Kidney pain = adrenal fatigue
To support your adrenals you need regular input of protein and sodium (salt) you would also benefit from seaweed (salty ones especially)
To support your liver
I would suggest a fast (actually a 1/2 fast)
-I egg in almond milk in the morning ((vanilla if you like)
-greens in soup at lunch
-a granny smith apple for snack
-tiny bits of rice and meat in soup for dinner
(alternative meals are flaxseed (omega 3) in plenty of almond milk - mashed sweet potatoes - etc)
The idea is to feel a bit hungry in between meals - when you feel hungry extra bile goes down you bowels - kills the bacteria and the yeast (candida)
Plus your liver is overwhelmed it needs to get rid of the extra fat (a Liver Flush does that very quickly - but for the time being fasting will work just as well). When you end the fast PROGRESSIVELY eat SMALL meals or else you liver is going to be overwhelmed
The liver has 3 main uses
2- cleansing your body (which is an overwhelming task right now due to extra bacteria and yeast)
If you ease it on digestion - you will see it is going to become more effective cleansing you body.
If a fast is a no-no
Try drinking 2 large glasses of water the 1st time you get hungry and then the 2nd time you eat normally
For your tongue
Use a spoon to scrape your tongue after brushing your teeth (the yeast will come out)
