Killing liver flukes deep down the tissues?

What could be the appropriate way to kill liver flukes that have gone deep insides the tissues? Somehow these are causing inability to burp and poor digestion.

I am taking LBB (8-10 capsules per day) and Barefoot dewormer in large quantity. Somewhat not fortunate to have success:(

Is there a specific way, I should use LBB and dewormer?

Earlier did Liver Flushes and removed Gallstones as well.

Also took wild oregano oil and olive leaf tinctures, but couldn't solve this problem.
