Passing stones without a flush
First, I never had any severe symptoms, although occasionally, when I didn't eat for long in the morning, I would get weird feelings bellow my ribs.
Anyway, this last week, I upped my antibacterial herb tinctures to avoid tooth infection (that is another story), and I started going number two more often - several times a day, which was fine. One day I went twice within 15 minutes or so, and I felt like it would be a great idea to take a shower, and wash well. As I did, stone fell out. At first I didn't even think it was from me, looked up, if it went in through the window, LOL. But it was slippery, and I as I poked it, it was softish, beeswax like, which made me think it came from me after all. That was a few days ago, and I forgot about it. But then I searched waxy stone and found out it is from the liver/gallbladder. So I looked today and had a few more in the stool. Easy to see as they look like lumps and different color. Does that mean we do not have to have a flush, if we use certain herbs? I also like to put a quarter or two of the frozen lemon in my water, and drink it, pour water again several times and eventually I eat the whole softened lemon as well. Maybe that helped to soften them. I take 2-3 teaspoons of antibacterial tinctures, mixture of olive leaf, lomatium, Echinacea, usnea, artichoke leaf, etc. I also eat lots of chayote leaves as my greens, a bit raw, but mostly cooked. And some other greens as well.
