So only distilled water washes out minerals? I think I've heard that, but I also heard that if a person drinks a lot of water (like 10 cups or more) a day, it can deplete salt, potassium, and I forget what else.
The water I'm using is filtered water I buy (reverse osmosis, and so forth). I take my bottles in and fill them up. I don't know if there are minerals in it or not.
