Your post was 8 months ago and I'm hoping you're better. It started slowly with me too and I got lucky experimenting with something in getting rid of it on my hand. Every 3 months it would come and yesterday I put on Lugol's Iodine drops and in 8 hours my skin wasn't flaky or dry anymore but smooth, and no more redness. The one area I missed was still callousy feeling.
My situation is probably different from yours but I thought I'd let you know how I succeeded in making the redness and dryness vanish quickly.
