I live a pretty fit life. Lots of training in the gym so mybprotein consumption is much higher than most. Typically my entire diet consists of chicken breast, eggs, brown rice, PB, sun chips, wheat bread, eZekial bread, occasional energy drinks, protein powder, beef occasionally. Water consumption is high. I don't know exactly but my daily consumption combined with what I consume at the gym I would say is more than most people by far. Another on this thread thinks I unleashed an auto immune disorder from the iodine. Which could very well be. My doc ordered and (ANA) so this might show Lupus or another disorder? I'm not as familiar with these tests as I am with hormones like testosterone and others. Perhaps it will show something. I don't use vitamins really. I just eat. I have been using the the bromide protocol I keep seeing. B1,B2,magnesium,niacin,selenium,vit c, and the unrefined salt loading. I dropped the Iodine back in may. So that's all I have going on. I've been doing that protocol for a week now.
