Typically ramp slow to std standard doses. Increase beyond that depends on vomiting, illness reactions, responses to meds. These should be monitored during ramp, and magnesium sulfate and other supplements used to keep body stable.

Most take a week to a month to get the infection to remit, eyes get clear in 3 days.
