MSM contains sulfur if I am correct? I take it every day, ranging from 1-2g daily. I cycle it for 5 days, then take 2 days off. I just feel, that my case is a bit weird since I tried alot, yet the TSH still is high (and goes higher). Whenever I stop Iodine for a period, it goes down. I am not saying Iodine is the culprit for raising TSH in everyone, but it certainly does this in my case. Right now, I am trying out liposomal vitamin C @ 3g a day (started 4 days ago) and I will do this for 1 month, to see if it helps any bit.
