I think, one of the few things I haven't tried out is indeed the hair-mineral test, the Green Clay and perhaps the Cutler-chelation protocol.
Regarding the sulfur foods, I eat foods such as like dairy, eggs, garlic, onions and broccoli. I have no trouble eating them, and in fact I love garlic lol. Especially the cuisine where I come from, it's not uncommon. I also had a homocysteine test done last year, it came out good. I also did a liver-flush (I think that was 0.5 to 1 year ago).
I only had 1 Amalgam which was removed 2-3 years ago, in a proper way. I have no other fillings.
So far, my trouble was that I had low-body temperature, and often cold fingers/toes. It was sooooo much worse 1 year ago, so I guess something is going alright but it just doesn't cut it so far.
The only thing I changed in my supplement routine (and I will only dose it soo high for 1 month) is going 3-5g liposomal vitamin C a day, instead of regular ascorbic acid that was dosed at 750-1000 mg a day! I dunno, let's see what happens.
