It's your heart chakra that is hurting. I know it is so hard to deal with that kind of pain. Try to open up your heart to loving yourself more. Keep doing kind things just for you and you will feel that pain start to ease up here and there. Once you've got that going, do some kind things for your loved ones and even strangers. These actions will bring new experiences that will distract you from what is causing you pain, until you don't feel it anymore.
That's what I did. Now, my heart chakra feels good again.
