Fasting and Dental Procedures

I've been told by my dentist that I cannot put off the placement of my implant any longer. It's been little over a year since the molar was extracted. I don't want to break my fast but I will likely need to take an Antibiotic and painkiller after the procedure, therefore food consumption will be necessary. I wanted to reintroduce food a week before procedure. Is it possible to go back to Water Fasting once I've established that the implant has successfully been set with no issues?
Thank you in advanced for any insight and or personal experience you have to offer on this matter.
