1 I started fast at 225lbs/100kg
My ideal weight is between 65 and 85 kg, so I can go 35kg/81lbs easily.
I am not fat around the face but have quite a large bread bin 😀
Thanks for the clarifications: I'm embarrassed at my confusion over basic facts, but chastened in a good way.
So, even on days when brimming with energy, I should abstain from pace-walking and getting into a sweat, right?
What about moderate to intense yoga postures, including headstand and shoulderstand and the standing postures?
I LIVE by these!
You say that all my ailments will go after a long fast, but what is a long fast?
And what is a complete fast.
I had understood that the real "miracles" don't happen till one nears starvation??
