And is it possible to tell what kind of cysts they are? Giardia, tapeworm, amoebic hepalytis, b. hominis?
This is the beginning of me understanding the cyst side of parasites!
Based on the wonderful recommendations in this forum, I started working with the Vietnamese Dr. Chieu. He saw some old pictures I have of a big worm I got in Indonesia a few years ago, and prescribed me triclabendazole. I had an interesting experience and felt sensation in my liver, that felt like something clearing. At the end of the triclabendazole regimen, I wasn't feeling any more sensation in my liver, so I thought that meant that it all got out.
Since then I was doing some coffee enemas to see if it could help the liver.
And since then, I see these white things in my stool, which might be cysts.
At first when I'd see them I tried to tell myself, "maybe its rice or oatmeal"! But I know that doesn't make sense.
Dr. Chieu is recommending me to take Secnidazole.
I will follow what he says, but would really like to understand more!
Is there some way to know what these cysts are?
Is it worth it to go to a doctor and do a laboratory test?
Is there some way to know where the cyst came from?
