i think i have the basics i remember when my vitamin d was low it took a dump on my t levels and sexual health when i got them back up to "80" in the blood i felt fantastic i think i need another blood test its been a year its probably low again, anyhow are there any thing missing

im thinkin about going to the vitamin store and buying a whey protein for the aminos
all listed above should be a testosterone crazy lol, im hesitant with the vitamin D dosage
seems like everyone has their own dosage and i do NOT want to over do it.....i think a blood test every 6 months may be key for this
