It used to come out randomly on its own but I figured it was just something to do with being constipated like mucus of some sort but then I saw worms and at that point I started eating garlic, papaya seeds, and diatomaceous earth and that’s when I went through only having that come out for days on end. I started Albendazole yesterday and haven’t seen any yet.
