Hi Michele.
Basically it looked like small little red lesions everywhere that were quite painful to the touch and would form white heads that popped and pus would come out. Also they would then crust over and I would pick at the crusts and they would bleed.
I am 5 months out and my Scalp is great with this foam!
Also for me being Gluten free essentially stops breakouts.
When I cheat and eat gluten I then spray down my scalp with the Enstillar foam that is the only thing I’ve ever used that works!
