There has been an unchallenged assumption in this thread which is that sperm production tries to speed up when the prostate has little of it. I don't believe that. I think the gonads produce sperm at their own rate and only if that rate is high can you successfully spank the monkey often. So to me the trick is to do it just often enough so that the frequency of emptying equals the frequency of filling. Tweet
