Is diatermous enough to get rid of ropes for good?

Can it only be bought online?

Can I ask as well if anyone experiences uncontrollable gas as their main symptom? For me, this is the hardest part... it's hard to work and have a social life when you could fart any minute and not even feel it. Even a chewing gum sets me off !! Tweet
