thuja, frankincense, enzymes & cotton swabs to dissolve biofilm

Yes--that is so cool that you've heard of thuja. I watched some youtube talks on biofilms--many of these reference lyme disease b/c those folks have the lyme spirochetes residing on and on in protective biofilm (plaque/scar-like internal bunches of bacteria, worms, yeast, heavy metals &/or other crud, highly organized and intelligent, able to create resistant superbugs and protect whomever they house)...

anyhow I was having success expelling roundworms but when i added diatomaceous earth saw these clumps of biofilm exploding out w/ a sneeze or coughing out or blowing, and realized the roundworms were prob'ly lodging deep in this stuff and it needed to be tackled next...

so sure enough, turns out biofilms are currently a cutting edge in medical research b/c of the superbug phenomenon and persistent parasite problems...

So along w/ the enzymes strong enough to start dissolving these tough little scabby/terse/fibrous/mucus-y/bizarre pots of wormy crud inside us, the necessity to concurrently zap them w/ some kind of nontoxic biocide kept getting mentioned, and one of the lyme experts focused on biofilm said thuja and frankincense oils--a drop or two on the tongue. So that's what I've been doing and they seem extra effective, maybe b/c oil is a solvent and able to penetrate these slimeball communities and kill stuff simultaneously.

I also do a nasal rinse that has been super effective, since these things were making nests in my sinuses (biofilm is the cause of sinitus & other chronic infections, these researchers are finding), and research from one of the universities last year or year before, that I found, said saline nasal rinse isn't enough to dissolve that living sinus biofilm crud. THEY (the experimenters) added baby shampoo as the solvent and found it way more effective, but arg--baby shampoo up the nose?-- I made mine w/ boiled water, salt, TMG, grapefruit seed extract, a little MSM (sulfur--super effective on parasites) and 3 drops or so of eucalyptus & frankincense. The frankincense and thuja--I just did what the lyme specialist doc I heard on youtube said to do--drop or two on the tongue.

Oh, also I use Q-tips to swab out the sinuses and they constantly drag out chunks of crazy biofilm. This is all just a recent protocol so I'm thinking it was what was stalling complete freedom of these stupid things. So, I've been using coconut oil w/ a little frankincense or thuja on the swab, and that too has been super effective. Even just a swab is helpful.

OK, hope this helps! We shall overcome!
