Yeah, don't guzzle a quart of it in one sitting. The higher the ppm of the colloidal, the less you need. I use no more than a teaspoon a day, seems to work pretty well. If I consume much more than that I will start getting a bit gassy (farts if you please). I guess this happens because the ionic-silver particles in the colloid can disturb your gut flora, at least that has been my experience.
