no problems. Yes, it was Hulda's flush, but I took all morning magnesium at 5:30am in the morning, as I had to go to work at 9.


Diarrhea and sitting often on the toilet from 6am to 9am.

And, back to work at 9 am, no problems.


Next flush probably in March, if not earlier, depending on the spring temperatures. Spring is the most important time for liver flushing, and I may do one flush every month.

Liver is the most complex human organ, in terms of chemistry.
It is the complex chemical factory and recycling facility of the human body.
