Basically, if you're fasting for God, then it's between you and Him. Do not announce it - but keep it between you and Him.

Do not misunderstand me. I think that it's wonderful that LindaWu has decided to fast. But if it's between her and God, then it should remain so. I pray she goes to Him for guidance with it.
