Today is Day 7 and of course like life there are ups & downs while doing this cleanse. My plan is to continue for atleast another week maybe more. I had a great moment today going through my closet fitting into my jeans that I haven't been able to wear for a few years. As a result of 2 other Master-Cleanse fasts over the past year I have lost a total of 30 lbs. with another 15 to go for my goal weight. I realize there is a lot of commentary about this not being a weight loss plan but in the book by Borrough's himself he says "when overweight has become a problem" this cleanse helps and I am proof that it does! The key is there has to be other changes after the cleanse or the weight can come back on easily. For me it's exercise and not eating too late in the evening.
It's great to know we are all doing this together!
